'Dance is the most natural form of artistic expression & creativity. A dancer should dance from the heart as if no one is watching. And above all else, strive to be the best you can be.' -Sharon Toups

New Studio Rehearsal Policy
(Revised 1/3/07)
Private Lessons: Defined as; lessons for a specific dance routine taught by a teacher at the studio. Please see our regular private lesson rates per choreographer.
Rehearsal Private Lessons: Defined as; lessons for a specific show that the studio is preparing to perform. The following policy is now in effect. Any child/person who auditions for a special part in a show or who is asked to be in a part of a show, will need a max of 2 hours of instruction from the choreographer of the show. The cost will be $25 per hour with a max of 2 hours. Any time over the 2 hours will be on a volunteer basis from the choreographer/teacher.
A note from the Director:
It is our sincere hope that every dancer is learning, growing, and having fun at our studio. We consider the performance opportunities we provide an important part of your child’s dance education. Please understand that the recital fee only covers production costs for these performances and costume fees only cover costumes. If your child has accepted the opportunity to dance a special part, it is our joy to have them and teach them. The choreographer is a valuable part of this process and we feel it is important to compensate her for her time and experience. In an attempt to curb extra lesson costs, yet still be able to pay for our wonderful staff, we’ve come up with this new policy. Thank you for your support of our studio, staff, dancers, and especially the art of dance itself.
